Job Insecurity dan Prokrastinasi Kerja: Peran Mediasi Stres Psikologis pada Karyawan Kontrak

Ketidakamanan kerja (job insecurity) telah menjadi isu krusial dalam dunia kerja modern, terutama bagi karyawan kontrak yang rentan terhadap ketidakpastian status pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity terhadap prokrastinasi kerja dengan stres psikologis sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 150 karyawan kontrak di sektor jasa, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres psikologis dan prokrastinasi kerja. Selain itu, stres psikologis terbukti memediasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan prokrastinasi kerja secara parsial. Temuan ini memperkuat teori stres transaksional dan menekankan pentingnya intervensi organisasi dalam mengelola stres kerja, seperti pemberian kepastian kontrak dan program kesejahteraan mental. Studi ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan literatur perilaku organisasi dan memberikan implikasi praktis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di era kerja fleksibel.
