Kecerdasan moral (Moral Intelligence) merupakan kemampuan individu untuk memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan serta menguji kualitas psikometrik alat ukur Moral Intelligence pada mahasiswa berdasarkan teori Lennick dan Kiel yang mencakup empat dimensi, yaitu integrity, responsibility, compassion, dan forgiveness. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain konstruksi alat ukur. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 721 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengembangan instrumen mengacu pada kerangka Loevinger melalui fase substantif dan fase struktural. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas isi menggunakan Aiken’s V, uji daya beda item, uji reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha, serta uji validitas konstruk menggunakan Second-Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item memiliki validitas isi yang baik dengan nilai Aiken’s V berkisar antara 0,79–0,96 dan memenuhi kriteria daya beda item dengan korelasi item-total di atas 0,30. Uji reliabilitas menghasilkan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,856 yang menunjukkan konsistensi internal tinggi. Selain itu, hasil CFA menunjukkan model pengukuran memiliki tingkat kecocokan yang baik dengan data empiris. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa instrumen Moral Intelligence yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang memadai sehingga layak digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan moral pada mahasiswa.
